Throttling device

Overview:

  There are several ways to measure the flow through the pipeline medium, but the most widely used one is the differential pressure flowmeter. It consists of a throttling device and a differential pressure gauge or a throttling device and a differential pressure transmitter together with a secondary instrument. The use of throttling devices has a long history and has been standardized both internationally and domestically. The throttling device is a primary component in differential pressure measurement that is used to create a differential pressure in the fluid within the conduit. The differential pressure generated before and after the throttling device is transmitted to the differential pressure by the pressure guiding tube, and then input to the secondary instrument, thereby displaying the instantaneous flow or accumulated flow of the fluid in the pipeline. The flow can also be adjusted using the adjustment meter.


Features:

  Corner ring chamber pressure standard orifice plate: It is a standard orifice plate. Because the ring chamber pressure is realized, the measurement accuracy is improved, and the minimum straight pipe length required for installation is shortened.

  The angle is connected to the single hole to draw the standard orifice plate: it is a standard orifice plate. When the pipe diameter is above 400 mm, this form is often used. The pressure-receiving method is that the flange is separately drilled and pressed, and the circular equalizing ring is pressed or the square equalizing ring is pressed.

  Flange pressure standard orifice plate: It is a standard orifice plate. Regardless of the diameter of the pipe, the center of the upper and lower pressure tapping holes are located 1 inch (25.4 mm) away from the end faces of the orifice plate.

  Standard orifice plate for diameter and pressure: It is a standard orifice plate, and the pressure is taken by the pipe. The center of the upstream pressure tapping hole is located at the inner diameter of the pipe at the front end face of the orifice plate, and the center of the downstream pressure tapping hole is located at a half of the inner diameter of the pipe from the rear end face of the orifice plate.

  Combined long-diameter nozzle: It is suitable for flow measurement of main steam pipeline and high-pressure water supply pipeline; due to the use of all-welded form, it is easy to install and has no leakage point. The pressure taking method is D, D, the measurement accuracy is high, and the service life is long.
