Overview:
LHDJ-BC-1.6~32 series self-compensating electric contact level gauge is a medium contact type, multi-point level gauge monitoring instrument. It has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, and is widely used in boiler, reservoir, high and low pressure heater, deaerator, evaporator, DC boiler start separator, steam drum expansion tank, water tank and other liquid level measurement and control. It is also applicable to the measurement control of other conductive liquids. Its secondary instrument has contact alarm and 4~20mA analog output, which can directly participate in closed-loop system and chain control system.
The characteristics of:
LHDJ-BC-1.6~32 series self-compensating electric contact level gauge adopts heat tracing device and condensing device. The steam source of the heating device comes from the steam side sampling tube, and the water sample in the cylinder is heated by the heating tube to increase the temperature of the water sample. The condensed water collected by the condensing device is transported from the condensing pipe to the water samples of different heights in the cylinder body, forcing the temperature in the lower part of the cylinder to be slightly lower, and the water sample with relatively poor water quality flows out of the cylinder, and flows back to the steam drum through the water side sampling tube. The self-optimization of water quality is realized, and the average temperature of the water sample in the cylinder is also improved, and the consistency between the water sample in the steam drum and the water sample in the measuring cylinder is enhanced. The liquid level in the level gauge can be kept the same as the liquid level in the steam drum in both the cold state and the hot state. The electrode is like installed on the steam drum, and the measurement is true and accurate, the dynamic response is fast, and the additional error is small and the electrode’s life is long.
